What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

Everbridge has given us a platform that covers all of our global colleagues, locations and keeps up with our travelers so that we can reach out quickly and efficiently when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

It is so comprehensive that it does take a while to get the system set up so that you can utilize all the features. If I were to redo the installation, I would have invested in letting them put their team of people on it to move faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The company now has the ability to communicate to our colleagues while they are traveling, attending conferences as a group, no matter where they may be currently situated - if there is an emergency or a warning that needs to be issued, we can know that the same message gets to everyone.
