What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

We use the Everbridge 360 system as our university’s primary emergency mass-notification tool. I really appreciate how responsive the Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) technical team is—they’re always ready to support us and troubleshoot whatever we need. I also like how flexible and customizable the system is overall. It’s an impressive platform that provides a wide range of resources beyond just sending alerts.

The setup was straightforward, and the Everbridge team made the integration process smooth. We also integrate it with Modo Labs to connect with our university app, social media channels, and Alertus software, which further enhances its functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

The only area that really comes to mind is training. Their platform already provides extensive support and training through Everbridge University, but it would be helpful to receive more targeted information about specific trainings that match our needs, so we can share it with our dispatchers who are responsible for sending alerts. What problems is Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) solving and how is that benefiting you?
