The centralized management system made it efficient to organize and structure content in advance of the conference. Additionally, the platform made it easy to update session details in real time and quickly communicate changes to attendees through push notifications. This flexibility was especially valuable for ensuring attendees had the most current information throughout the event. **What do you dislike about EventMobi?** While document uploads were available within individual sessions, all files automatically populated into the central “Document” library. A more separation between session-level uploads and the main document library would improve efficiency and enhance the overall attendee experience. **What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have provided personalized schedules to our attendees that we use to print our and hand out at registration. The ability to import personalized agendas have allowed attendees to not only update and review courses they selected but helped us be more sustainable by eliminating some printing costs ### 2. The registration that goes through the website seamlessly flows into Salesforce CRM, and this integration is set up with EventMobi making the process much easier. It automatically uploads everyone who's registered in the CRM into EventMobi as registered for our hybrid virtual events. Additionally, the initial setup of EventMobi seemed to be pretty seamless, as our IT team worked effectively with their IT team. **What do you dislike about EventMobi?** Some of the design features for virtual events could be expanded. There should be more native integrations, or native aspects where you don't need an integration or API integration. There should be an automatic way to connect to WordPress or various Salesforce CRMs without needing an integration. **What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use EventMobi for centralizing event registration, making planning easier for hybrid and virtual events. ### 3. The ease of use when creating new events is fantastic; once I've built a few events in EventMobi, setting up a new one becomes really quick because the structure is already in place. Currently you have to type in a code to receive points, and that limits us on quizzes, riddles, and workarounds for attendees to get codes and type in for points.
