What do you like best about EventHex?

The ability to set up multiple ticket tiers with automated open/close scheduling and per-tier seat caps - all without manual intervention. We ran three tiers with different pricing, access controls, and seat limits. EventHex let us configure everything upfront so the tiers opened and closed on their own schedule. We could also restrict specific tiers to private links or promo codes, which was key for giving our community early access before going public. The setup is clean, the attendee experience has no unnecessary friction, and it handles the operational side so you can focus on the event itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EventHex?

What problems is EventHex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Running a ticketed community event across multiple pricing tiers, with different audience segments, access windows, and seat limits, used to require a lot of manual coordination. EventHex replaced that entirely.

For our event, we configured everything upfront: tier-specific pricing, seat caps, open/close dates, and access restrictions for our community-exclusive early tier via private links. Once set up, it ran automatically. No manually flipping tiers, no watching seat counts, no attendee friction at checkout. The bigger benefit is focus. When ticketing is handled cleanly, the organizing team can spend time on the actual event, speakers, content, logistics, instead of babysitting a registration page.
