I like that Eventeny is a simple-to-use platform that our team members can access from anywhere. I also appreciate the easy-to-use ticketing system, which is simple for attendees. I find it frustrating that attendees have to create an account and enter a lot of information just to purchase a ticket. It would be great if there was a "guest" ticket option where one-time attendees or people buying tickets online upon entry wouldn't need to fill out so much info or create an account. I would also love to see an email campaign and SMS feature to replace our current system, making Eventeny truly a one stop shop for nonprofits and event organizers.
