What do you like best about EventCreate?

EventCreate’s customer service is fantastic. Our account rep Anthony is always a quick phone call, text message, or email away, to assist with all of our setup and troubleshooting, and was extremely helpful setting us with the contract, services, and materials that best meet our event needs. What do you dislike about EventCreate?

Only the cost of shipping on rentals - truly only that - which they also have no control over! If you plan on using EventCreate's services often and across events that are close to each other on the calendar, I would recommend bundling your requests whenever possible. What problems is EventCreate solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to manually print all of our name badges for events serving 200-300 people. The printing, ripping, and stuffing in plastic badge holders probably took a minimum of 4 hours per event - precious time that we didn't always have. And, all of these badges took up space at your registration desk. Now with the printers, we save time, space, AND we offer our guests an elevated 21st century white glove check-in process, with greater flexibility to modify and reprint name badges.
