## Eventbrite Reviews
  ### 1. Eventbrite alerts me to concerts I must see!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert M. | Retired, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Eventbrite?**

I am interested in concerts and concert tours all across the USA, paying particular attention to Denver, CO, Baltimore, DC, Tampa Bay, and Charlotte, NC. Eventbrite is constantly sending me emails with news of the latest concert tours, bands, and artists. Getting these emails gives me a better chance of getting a good seat at a show I want to go to.

**What do you dislike about Eventbrite?**

I honestly cannot think of a dislike that I have with Eventbrite, as it does not spam me and alerts me to concerts much faster than if I were not using Eventbrite.

**What problems is Eventbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live music is an important thing in life for me personally. Getting as close to the front row, if not the front row, is where I want to be. Eventbrite lets me know about the shows I am interested in in enough time to take action to hopefully get the best seats in the house. Using Eventbrite lets me know about concerts happening in cities my friends live in that I do not, and I can be the first to tell them about it.

  ### 2. Eventbrite Simplifies End-to-End Event Management and Promotion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabina K. | IT Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Eventbrite?**

The fact that the event pages are customizable and simple to build makes them look professional and with the help of the multi-purpose event pages, we will make a good first impression without the assistance of a professional designer. The integrated promotion features and social media share functionalities proved to be a beneficial addition as well, as they have assisted us in reaching a broader audience and promoting ticket sales with minimum effort and the use of other marketing resources.

**What do you dislike about Eventbrite?**

Eventbrite is an expensive service when one has to cover extensive and regular events within a strained budget since this company charges the fees rather rapidly. Event pages customization also tends to be rather restricted and it may then be challenging to make an entirely branded experience that would correspond to our organizational appearance.

**What problems is Eventbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eventbrite has also addressed the issue of handling event sign-ups and customer communications through moving away the manual operations to an automated, centralized system. It has made the administration obligation on our team far less and has enabled us as a team to concentrate on providing a great event experience as opposed to the spreadsheet and individual confirmation emailing.

  ### 3. Eventbrite Makes Event Creation Simple, Efficient, and Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzammil M. | Founder – Muzammil Graphic | Interior and Graphic Designer | Transforming Spaces and Brands Visually , Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Eventbrite?**

What I like best about Eventbrite is how simple and efficient it makes event creation and management. The platform is very user-friendly, even for first-time users, and it allows me to manage registrations, ticketing, and attendee communication all in one place. The analytics and attendee insights are especially helpful for understanding engagement and improving future events. Overall, it saves a lot of time and makes event execution smooth and organized

**What do you dislike about Eventbrite?**

Sometimes the platform feels a bit slow when handling larger attendee lists, and the service fees can be slightly high for smaller events. Apart from that, the overall experience is good.

**What problems is Eventbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eventbrite solves the hassle of managing events manually by bringing registrations, ticketing, payments, and attendee communication into one platform. It helps me avoid confusion, cut down on manual follow-ups, and keep attendee tracking simple and accurate. The reporting and attendee insights also make it easier to understand engagement and use what I learn to plan future events more effectively. Overall, it saves me time, improves organization, and makes the entire event process feel more professional and smooth from start to finish.

  ### 4. Evenbrite Makes it Easy to Reach a Broad Community

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2016

**What do you like best about Eventbrite?**

The program is turnkey. So it is easy to use. Makes running events much simpier. I do two seasonal events annually which appeal to families. It is easy to promote via Facebook using Eventbrite. I have also used EVENTBRITE to purchase tickets and in my role as a volunteer for local organizations. All of my experiences have been very positive.

**What do you dislike about Eventbrite?**

There is very little to dislike. Maybe the actual editor for creating the display ad/landing page could be more sophisticated. The search tool could be improved as well. The photo options are also very out-dated. Non Profits use clip art and I often have to reset outside app to fit appropriately. Once you overcome that, for a small non profit or business, with little time to spend, or one who needs to out-source to a volunteer, the program is very easy and I have only had positive experiences.

**Recommendations to others considering Eventbrite:**

I recommend that small Non profits have one person dedicated to monitoring the site, and doing all the maintenance on listings. If too many people are involved, it does become cumbersome. Also be specific in listing as to times and special rules and avoid allowing people to pay at door. Taking money up front avoids cancellations.

**What problems is Eventbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While I can't solve the lack of staff time to available to dedicate to special events, this program helps to promote an event low or no cost. With Facebook and Twitter being such necessary tools for non profits, this seamlessly allows us to promote events. We have increased attendance at our events.

  ### 5. Easy Event Discovery and Seamless Website Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew K. | Web Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Eventbrite?**

A good way to find local events or events of interest when traveling. Easy to filter events based on interests. We use the platform to publicize and control sign-ups for our demos. Works well and integrates into our website.

**What do you dislike about Eventbrite?**

There are often competing events that might distract from our brand.

**What problems is Eventbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to promote and ticket events without having to host an event system.

  ### 6. Quick Event Setup with Seamless HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee J. | GTM Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Eventbrite?**

I like that I can set up an event in just 2 minutes with Eventbrite, which makes the process very efficient. It integrates well with HubSpot, so I don't have to do any manual processes to get the data into our CRM. The initial setup of Eventbrite was easy, which was a plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Eventbrite?**

I don't like the reporting on Eventbrite ads.

**What problems is Eventbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Eventbrite for B2B events as a landing page to drive traffic. It lets me set up events in 2 minutes and integrates well with HubSpot, so I don’t have to manually transfer data into my CRM.

  ### 7. Great for Family Events, But Recommendations Could Be More Targeted

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Choon-Hee C. | DJPE Productions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Eventbrite?**

I really like how Eventbrite helps get my family festivals in front of people who actually want to attend. The personalized recommendations mean local parents and families see my event without me having to do a ton of extra advertising. It’s super easy to set up and track interest, too.
For example, when I hosted our annual family festival at the community center, Eventbrite’s discovery feature promoted it to nearby families who had attended similar events, and we saw a big increase in ticket sales.

**What do you dislike about Eventbrite?**

Sometimes the recommendations don’t feel specific enough, and my event ends up listed alongside things that aren’t really family-oriented. It can also take a little time for a new event to start appearing in searches or recommendations.
For example, when I first posted the festival, it showed up next to concerts and nightlife events, which didn’t fit our audience at all.

**What problems is Eventbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eventbrite makes it much easier to attract the right crowd without spending hours marketing on different platforms. It helps families in my area actually discover my festival, which leads to better attendance and community engagement.
For example, when we held our spring family festival, a lot of attendees said they found it through Eventbrite’s “recommended events” section—that kind of visibility makes a big difference for local organizers like me.

  ### 8. Great Reach, but Functionality, Communication, and Stability Need Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maya G. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Eventbrite?**

Their reach is great. We tend to sell nearly 30% of our tickets through them alone.

**What do you dislike about Eventbrite?**

The reporting isn’t great, and they don’t integrate well with other platforms. It feels like the platform was built in a way that makes it exhausting to combine their data with outside data, which becomes especially difficult when you sell tickets through multiple channels.

**What problems is Eventbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us it was just reach. We needed to reach more ticket buyers

  ### 9. Effortless Event Management, Minor Limitations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie A. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Eventbrite?**

I like the ease of setup and how quickly I can get events published. This feature reduces the amount of time and resources we have to spend creating events, which gives us more time to focus on other things.

**What do you dislike about Eventbrite?**

They do limit the number of free events you can add to the site. The last time we used it, so that could be improved.

**What problems is Eventbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Eventbrite to better promote events, build links, and get cited online. It simplifies setup, quickly publishes events, saves time, and lets us focus elsewhere.

  ### 10. Eventbrite: Easy Event Creation and Promotion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbie S. | Director of Community OUtreach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Eventbrite?**

Very easy, step-by-step functionality for creating events.

**What do you dislike about Eventbrite?**

The tagging functionality could be better.

There should also be an editable default registration confirmation email.

**What problems is Eventbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to promote our virtual programming to new audiences. Posting events on EventBrite is a way to reach new people looking for programming.
