I really like how user-friendly EventBase Manager (EBM) is, especially since I handle a lot of the backend setup for our app and need regular access to EBM. I also really appreciate the team at Eventbase—they’re consistently available to help troubleshoot any issues, from initial setup through the event itself and even post-event. We used the attendee checklist feature this year, and I wasn’t a fan of how plain the text looks. It would be great to have basic formatting options and the ability to add buttons, rather than relying on hyperlinked text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
