It offers flexible customizable question types and reliable conditional branching logic, allowing us to build detailed, multi-step surveys for client assessments, internal staff feedback, and audience research. Its automated reporting tool is a huge time-saver; it compiles collected survey data into clean, visual, ready-to-use reports with charts and structured summaries. The platform runs consistently stable in daily operation, and it fully adheres to strict German data privacy standards. The biggest limitation is its narrow native integration support. EvaSys cannot connect seamlessly with our legacy media systems, internal databases and common enterprise tools we use daily. To bridge these gaps, our team has to rely on manual CSV imports and exports or custom scripting work. This creates extra repetitive workloads and disrupts our automated end-to-end workflows.
