What do you like best about EvantoDesk?

I literally looked for months for software that could handle everything I needed for my IT support company. Every time I thought we found it, basic features would be missing and support would never get back to me. I thought most of these should be included but EvantoDesk is the only one that had everything! Support have been VERY responsive getting back to us in minutes. What do you dislike about EvantoDesk?

What problems is EvantoDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
