What do you like best about EvantoDesk?

Evantodesk makes sure that no call for help 'slips between the cracks' by ensuring every request gets actioned. It also helps us to measure and identify any key improvement opportunities.

What do you dislike about EvantoDesk?

Recommendations to others considering EvantoDesk:

Need to think through processes around its use and how it is going to be implemented.

For example, having a key person view each email and then quickly assign to the correct person for resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EvantoDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps to keep a really good record of any UX issues our users are having, so drilling down to root cause and resolving became very straightforward. We now have very few issues coming through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
