I appreciate Evam's intuitive no-code visual journey canvas which is a huge time-saver for our fast-paced agency work at Novel Path Creative Agency. I can drag-and-drop trigger nodes to build complex user sequences for our DTC e-commerce and B2B consulting clients, without asking developers for support. The visual journey builder lets us map out full user flows in one single place, aligning SMS and in-app triggers. This drastically cuts down turnaround time for new campaign builds, and since we have no dedicated IT, it enables me to map out full multi-step journeys directly on the canvas for our clients. We no longer wait on engineering support to launch campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Evam’s biggest downside for Novel Path Creative Agency is its shallow native reporting toolkit. When I run campaigns for our DTC and B2B clients, I cannot easily generate ready-to-share comparative breakdowns for stakeholder meetings, so I have to manually export raw event data and clean it in spreadsheets, adding extra admin work amid tight campaign deadlines. Its third-party integration library is also fairly narrow, with key social-media ad platforms lacking direct connections, and without dedicated IT staff, custom API work is out of reach. The alert-notification system for journey errors is lacking, as we only get vague generic alerts with no clear indication of exactly which step or client campaign broke. Last month, one of our DTC nurture campaigns stalled for two days before we spotted the fault; I would love more granular error logs. Additionally, bulk-editing for multiple journeys is missing, forcing us to adjust each client campaign one-by-one, which slows down our busy production schedule. The setup also had friction points in connecting external data sources, requiring troubleshooting of CSV-based imports without developer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
