What do you like best about Evalu-8 HR Software?

Evalu-8 Software is very easy and straightforward to use, and most of it feels intuitive. It also allows you to personalise certain sections, such as reports, staff PDPs, and appraisal reports. For the smaller entrepreneur who is new to HR it provides all the information you would need in its templates and help features that someone would need to provide a goo HR system without an HR specialist. What do you dislike about Evalu-8 HR Software?

Sometimes there are certain functions that necessarily are deep within the system and not immediately visible, if they were the number of tabs would be ridiculous. But I have to say that I normally find how to get to them through the internet, and if that doesn't work a quick enquiry email gets me the information very quickly, sometimes the same day, certainly by the next working day. What problems is Evalu-8 HR Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

It means I can access my staffing information within seconds, I can see easily the leave and sickness' picture. I can send quick messages to staff that are HR related. I can have all the staff documents in one place. I can request staff read and sign documents within the system. So much of this in other systems has been so complicated and information has hda to be printed or separately emailed to staff, which means you have to download, then save and then send.
