What do you like best about Evalu-8 HR Software?

It has enabled me to have data about sickness and leavers etc at my fingertips through the reporting with out having to hunt for it. It is a brilliant tool for having all employee info collated together in one place. It has helped us to move to digital and away from paper for things like RTW and Performance Reviews Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evalu-8 HR Software?

I sometimes struggle to remember how to do things on the system and I think there could be more guides or a live chat to help with small queries. I think some of the settings are confusing and could be a little easier to use but the support team are usually very quick to respond and patient with all my questions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evalu-8 HR Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

It enables all relevant staff to have access to real time info about their teams to enable them to manage more effectively. The reporting options reduces the amount of time I spent gathering info for Board meetings and the recruitment resource has transformed how we manage the admin side of the recruitment process. Being a small organisation recruitment admin can be time consuming but the Recruitment ATS is brilliant and eases alot of the burden for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
