What I like most about EVA is how it brings different parts of the retail journey together while keeping the experience relatively simple for store teams. It’s flexible enough to work within a complex technology landscape and integrate with the wider systems around it, while still delivering a modern and responsive experience.
Having worked with EVA across different markets and use cases, I’ve also appreciated how the platform continues to evolve based on real retail needs. The support and collaboration behind the product make a difference, particularly when rolling out new capabilities or solving more complex scenarios. There’s also a lot of potential in how intelligence and automation can further improve the colleague and customer experience. Overall, it feels like a platform that can grow with a retailer rather than simply being a traditional POS solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main challenge with EVA is that its flexibility can sometimes bring additional complexity, particularly when operating across multiple markets with different integrations and local requirements. Troubleshooting issues across a wider ecosystem can also take time when several systems are involved. Also, As the platform continues to mature, improved self-service capabilities and smarter diagnostics would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
