I really appreciate the architecture of Eurekos, especially how all media are available across sites, creating one source of truth. The platform's flexibility in learning design, external training, and its integration options have been invaluable. The support and collaboration with the Eurekos team have also been outstanding. The layout customization could be more intuitive, especially for matching our own branding more easily. Some of my colleagues found the platform less intuitive at first, and the graphical designers had some issues with customization. Also, Eurekos is a bit more expensive than some competitors.
