Prior to using Ethyca, privacy management was a difficult and time-consuming task. We had spreadsheet after spreadsheet trying to keep track of who requested what, and when. With Ethyca, privacy management is a breeze. Their platform is intuitive and makes data management a less daunting task.

I know our customers respect and appreciate the easy-to-understand consent management center on our website, which was made possible through using Ethyca. Before, our customers had to go through a much more confusing process to obtain their information.

In addition to the platform and its functionality, the Ethyca team is absolutely wonderful. Cillian, Sam, and Rachel are amazing and have been there fo us every step of the way. From the start, they were willing to go above and beyond to show how they could help us. Now that we are customers, I find it is so easy to get in touch with the team for any questions I might have. We are on the basic plan, which means we do not have any integrations hooked up and have to pull some data manually, i.e. Klayvio, Attentive, etc. We considered moving up to the PRO plan, but we wish there was a plan in between basic and pro that provided some automation, while still reverting back to the basic features.
