What do you like best about ETHOSystems?

What I like best about ETHOSystems is knowing they are there when we need them, with exceptional knowledge, friendly service, and genuine care for our business. Robin, in particular, has been absolutely amazing. When our Sage system went down about a week ago, she stepped in without hesitation and had us moved onto a new server and back up and running within two days. What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?

Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to share based on our experience. When our Sage system went down, Robin responded quickly, took ownership, and had us back up and running on a new server within two days. Her knowledge, friendliness, and genuine consideration for our needs made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Recommendations to others considering ETHOSystems:

Robyn at Ethos is truly exceptional. When our Sage system went down about a week ago, she jumped in without hesitation. Within two days, she had us back up and running on a new server. She took ownership of the situation and got it done, turning a stressful disruption into something we could move past quickly.
