What do you like best about Ethnio?

Ethnio serves as our central platform for managing participant recruitment, screeners, scheduling, incentives, and our large internal research panel. We rely on it extensively to organize participants through tags and attributes, manage outreach, and support ongoing 1:1 research across multiple teams.

The Pool is particularly valuable because it enables us to build and maintain detailed participant segments, track engagement over time, and leverage our existing panel instead of sourcing participants from scratch for every study. Features such as quotas, bulk actions, scheduling, incentive management, and the enhanced Study Editor have significantly improved the efficiency and scalability of our research operations.

Beyond the platform itself, the Ethnio team has been an exceptional partner. They are highly responsive to feedback, collaborate closely with us on workflow improvements, and consistently invest in new functionality that helps us better support our researchers and participants. What do you dislike about Ethnio?

Reporting is the primary area where we would like to see continued investment and improvement. Our team relies heavily on operational metrics to inform leadership, including panel growth, recruitment activity, segment-level engagement, and participant recruitment trends across key audiences over time. Enhanced reporting capabilities would help us more efficiently track performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to support research planning and decision-making. What problems is Ethnio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ethnio has enabled us to centralize research recruitment and participant management, replacing a collection of spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a single, unified platform.

We maintain a large research panel and frequently recruit highly targeted audiences, including tax, accounting, and legal professionals. At the same time, we need to manage participant fatigue, incentives, scheduling, and research history. Ethnio provides our recruiting and research operations teams with a single source of truth for participant data and recruitment activities.

As a result, our recruitment process has become more scalable and efficient, allowing us to make greater use of our existing panel while reducing operational overhead. The platform has also given our research operations team significantly better visibility, consistency, and control over how participants are engaged, recruited, and managed across studies.
