First off, the built-in data analysis tools are fairly basic. Right now we can only view raw answers and simple statistics. It lacks advanced functions like automatic cross-analysis, trend comparison across different survey rounds, and professional visualized reports such as detailed charts and graphs. Every time I need to prepare reports for management meetings or team reviews, my staff has to export all the data and rearrange it in other software manually. This adds quite a bit of extra repetitive work for our team. Secondly, the customization options for survey design are limited. As a food and beverage brand, we’d like to adjust colors, add our company logo and tweak layout styles to make the questionnaires match our brand image.
