What do you like best about Estated?

My favorite thing about estated is their customer support. They are very responsive and open to suggestions. Our company has been using Estated's API for referencing commercial property data, and they surprisingly have a good amount of what we need. We didn't have any issues on the implementation side of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Estated?

I think they could enhance some of their commercial data fields e.g. adding property ceiling height, electricity data, lease information etc. I also think their free trial system could be improved by not having a time limit associated with a number of calls. Being a startup, trying to get the volume of calls up to their limit in such a short time frame is difficult. Possibly, offering a start-up package with no time limit would be helpful. Recommendations to others considering Estated:

I would recommend Estated to anyone building a real estate workflow product. They are easy to integrate with, and their pay-as-you-go model makes it easy to access data across the country without having to buy it in bulk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Estated solving and how is that benefiting you?

Essentially we're using estated to pre-populate residential and commercial property information when they create a new deal on our platform. It's helpful for our users when they are completing their deal summary, to not have to reference another website to log property information data. This helps save users 5-10 minutes per entry.
