What do you like best about eSputnik?

How quickly the platform evolves and keeps up with what the market actually needs. We're using the AI features regularly, and we've already connected agents via MCP to optimize our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eSputnik?

Would love to see improvements to the UI. It's easy to get lost among the tabs in the interface, and clearer navigation would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eSputnik solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work with a lot of e-commerce brands, and they often come to us with a similar set of needs. Personalized communication that meets customer expectations, strong and user-friendly automation capabilities, CMS integrations, and (of course!) native AI - all in one tool. Esputnik meets all of those needs. For most of the brands we work with, it’s a really good balance between what they need and what they’re willing to invest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
