  ### 1. Amazing Free Tier for Personalized Lead Interactions

**What do you like best about EspoCRM?**

Even though some functions are paid, the free tier is amazing and lets me create unique ways to interact with my leads. I was also able to build a more personalized connection with other software.

**What do you dislike about EspoCRM?**

Some basic functions should be included in the free tier rather than locked behind the paid plan. For example, the ability to automatically send an email when a lead submits a form should not require an upgrade.

**What problems is EspoCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, I’m using it for a raver and LGBTQ++ community, where we use it to connect with potential new members and send a newsletter.

**What do you like best about EspoCRM?**

I love the code-free customization for every workflow in EspoCRM. It's amazing how intuitive and easy it is to create custom pipeline stages, entities, and fields without needing a developer. The ability for non-technical users to build fully custom workflows quickly is a huge advantage for us. The automated workflows and triggers are also great for eliminating repetitive tasks, which is really helpful. I appreciate being able to design role-based dashboards and views with drag-and-drop ease. The initial setup was surprisingly accessible and balanced well between immediate functionality and early customization options without needing any code.

**What do you dislike about EspoCRM?**

I find it challenging that a US B2B service team can’t trigger an SMS follow-up for a lead booking a discovery call directly within EspoCRM. We have to use a third-party tool like Twilio and then manually log the SMS in EspoCRM. Also, for a D2C brand, creating a dynamic segment for something like 'US East Coast customers who purchased in the last 30 days' to run a regional promotion is impossible without exporting a CSV from EspoCRM and uploading it to a third-party email tool.

**What problems is EspoCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EspoCRM customizes our sales processes without coding, solving rigid pipeline issues and manual updates. It automates tasks, manages quotes, and tracks performance, unifying customer data to eliminate silos across teams.

its high customization capability combined with its open-source nature (Open Source)

**What do you dislike about EspoCRM?**

Although the core of the CRM is very comprehensive, many tools that other platforms include by default require purchasing "Extension Packs."

**What problems is EspoCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows you to see all calls, emails, and notes related to a person on a single screen. If someone else on the team needs to attend to the client, they have all the context instantly.

Aside from the fact that it’s free (which is why I would recommend it to small businesses), once someone learns the system there is a great degree of maneuverability within the system.

They have begun adding layers of payment which have reduced the ability to customize the software.

When you just need a simple CRM, espo is the answer

Maintaining track of customer interactions at this business is simple because all customer information is kept in one location. They have solutions that automate processes to save time and effort. They may examine sales data to identify areas for improvement and see how customers are interacting thanks to their reporting and analytics services

**What do you dislike about EspoCRM?**

It has a scaling problem. Large data quantities may be complicated for Espo CRM to handle, which can be problematic for expanding enterprises. This is a challenging and complex thing I found in the EspoCRM.

We can now easily track and evaluate client interactions thanks to the centralization and management of a variety of customer information with EspoCRM. The workflow and automation technologies have significantly increased the productivity of our team. EspoCRM's user-friendly interface and rich feature set have greatly enhanced our sales and customer service efforts.

I use espocrm selfhosted on my own hosting with plesk, I'm owner of a small web agency and I like how to create easily proposal and connect payment method

**What do you dislike about EspoCRM?**

I suggest to add a sign contract who respect european law
