I like how easy it is to use Esper and how easy it is to update the blueprint and do app updates. With other MDMs, it was really painful to go in and do app updates or changes to settings, and it wasn't really clear how that worked. Esper makes it really easy to just go update the blueprint really quickly and then do a converge. The initial setup was pretty easy. I didn't have any difficulties with it. I think that some of it's a little cumbersome, and it's not clear what some of the terms mean. The word 'converge' is kind of a funny term and that's caused some confusion within our company and with our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
