Our club started in 2019. For 40 years our club used 8 different binders to store members information. eSoft helped with integrating our members to their software to using a barcode scanner to check in our members.

Using: eSoft offers great training for the employees. 90% of our staff picked it up quickly and enjoyed using the membership software. The software has many different ways to make running a club professionally not only with the membership software but POS and swim class reservations. We will be using the reservations to reserve lanes to open the pool during the Covid-19.

ESoft is easy to use and great for reports and managing how many people are on the pool grounds. We had times our pool needed to be closed for maintenance we used the esoftware to email members. The members love the access so they can see how many guest passes they have.
