
We began using eSoftplanner in January 2020. The training for implementing and developing our pool's account was amazing. Susan explained everything and went above and beyond answering our many, many questions. Esoftplanner was personalized for our pool under the guidance of Susan. The transition to this program was seamless. The best feature is the help desk. Every request or questions has been answered quickly. Our club was fully supported by Susan and eSoftplanner during the development process and since then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few things we would like to see changed in eSoftplanner. An app would be useful for our employees to clock in and out. We also would like to see the scheduling be adjusted so employees can be scheduled multiple times in one day. The credit card only charges a fee when purchasing a membership, but will not for adding guest passes or childcare provider. We cannot add a photo for the childcare provider.
