What problems is ESM Contract Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we had ESM contract management, all of our contracts were stored in the X:drive. Since we are a small school, most of the contracts were written by the vendors, so they were all named the name of our school, so we never knew which was which. We had a huge and useless spreadsheet. We never seemed to have copies of the fully executed documents. after we got the system up and running, all fo these problems went away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
