What do you like best about Esker?
This solution saves time and improves accuracy. We can now finalise allocations within an hour, whereas it previously took 4–5 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Esker?
The solution uses certain parts of a remittance advice, or other details provided by the customer, as a reference. However, if a changing payment number appears in front of the company details, it does not recognise the customer. Instead, it treats them as a new customer and then cannot find the correct customer record to allocate the payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
