Contacts is a bit cumbersome to use - now that we've used an easier one, I see the benefits of an easy to use contact list. The pre-bill system sometimes caused confusion, yet should have helped and did for draft bills. I understood from the lawyers that the time keeping function wasn't as useful as it should have been.
