I really like how Eseye makes managing IoT connectivity so easy. The global coverage is fantastic, and the connectivity is very reliable, sometimes a bit poor in some UK regions but it is ok we can deal with that. The platform is user-friendly and offers a lot of flexibility for managing our devices and SIM cards. One thing I don't like is the support response times and having to pay to get quick answers. I don't like that because other suppliers do it better without any extra cost. Also, the platform sometimes gets frozen and stops working. Something that could be improved is the session time; normally, I keep the platform open in my browser every day, but I use it for a couple of hours, so it's enough time for the session to expire.
