What do you like best about EROM?

The EROM platform has enabled us to deliver bespoke services to clients. With complex workflows, AI integration, and automations, it helped us significantly improve our offering and the overall user experience for both clients and internal stakeholders—much faster than traditional development.

The platform is flexible and should allow us to stay more agile and responsive to client needs in the future.

What do you dislike about EROM?

Getting to grips with setting up automations and workflows can be challenging, but EROM were always on hand to provide support whenever I needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EROM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were working with an outdated platform that needed improvements to align with our business vision and meet newer security requirements. EROM and the platform gave us a quick, flexible, and effective way to make those updates. As a result, we were able to bring the new product to market much faster.
