The devices are reliable, efficient and very user friendly and easy to recall when not used often. The GUI for common tasks speeds up the configuration and the cloud management for multiple devices aids in common configurations. The instructions and training for all the devices offered is thorough, easy to understand and accurate. The service, when necessary, is always helpful and quick to respond and resolve any issues. This was difficult to come up with - however the one thing that is frustrating, that I see occurring more often, is the loss of SIM doors and screws. The devices won't operate with missing SIM doors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
