What do you like best about eResource Scheduler?

What I like best about eResource Scheduler is how easy it is to see team availability and assign resources without relying on spreadsheets. The drag-and-drop scheduling, workload view, and resource availability calendar make it simple to balance workloads and avoid scheduling conflicts. What do you dislike about eResource Scheduler?
