I've been an Eracent user since version 9.2, now using 10.2. A lot of the manual processes in 9.2 have been automated in 10.2. Remedition between the Discovey and Lifecycle have simplified what's on the network and what's listed in the Lifecycle (purchased assets) to display a total package for the use for inventory, SAM and ITSM.

In a nutshell, I best like the automation in the ITMC suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
