What do you like best about Equisoft/connect?

I use follow-up tasks to keep a close track of my clients. It is very easy to link a task to a contact as well as to different products (insurance policy or investment plan). So everything is synchronized together and it is very easy to see the history of communications, appointments, or tasks completed for clients. They have a huge help section to guide us and several training videos to help explore and take advantage of the different aspects of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Equisoft/connect?

The possibilities with the software are very vast and I feel like I'm only taking advantage of a tiny part of the potential of the management software. I still have a long way to go and training videos to watch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Equisoft/connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralize all my clients' contact information, keep the history of my follow-ups and notes from my appointments. Makes me much more efficient in my productivity and allows me to not miss any follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
