What do you like best about Équisettle?

The automated workflow execution and real-time visibility across all our client accounts. As a football academy managing multiple revenue streams - membership fees, training sessions, tournament entries - I used to spend hours pulling reports from FreeAgent and following up with families manually.

Now the platform handles customer payment communications autonomously, and I can see everything in one dashboard. The system adapts to our different billing cycles and manages outreach workflows without me having to write individual emails.

What do you dislike about Équisettle?

Nothing significant. There was a slight learning curve initially as I got familiar with the dashboard, but the Equisettle team provided excellent onboarding support - they even did a face-to-face session to walk us through everything. We were fully operational within 48 hours.

What problems is Équisettle solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a football academy, we don't have a dedicated finance team. I was spending 8-10 hours every week managing accounts receivable manually - pulling reports tracking which families needed follow-up on membership fees, writing individual emails about outstanding payments, and reconciling everything across multiple programs (youth training, adult sessions, tournament fees).

It was taking time away from what I should be focused on: coaching and growing the academy.

Equisettle eliminated that entire operational burden. The platform autonomously handles all the payment workflow execution - from predicting which accounts might need attention to managing professional communications with families. I just review and approve, rather than spending my evenings writing payment emails.

We've saved 8+ hours per week, and families are paying more consistently because the communication is timely and professional. Most importantly, it eliminated the need to hire someone part-time just to manage our receivables, which would have cost £15-20k per year.
