Equinox booking is a lightweight cloud-based solution that is targeted to fulfill the booking and appointment scheduling. What I like about this is, for our small scale organization this is a very simple and easy tool that our agents can use readily and integrates well with our calendar. Easy to reschedule as well. Small product hence support is not that great.
