Eqtble was intuitive as a people analytics platform that allowed a wide range of analytics to be utilized by stakeholders with our department and organization. The team at Eqtble collaborated as true partners delivering on our vision and meeting our goals. Eqtble integrated with our systems to allow seamless flow of data. Eqtble was easy to implement but was hard to get buy in from major stakeholders. A template to output the analytics into a data driven story would have provided more buy in and engagement in the tool.
