The transition to Epicor Propello was very seamless, and the BigCommerce integration was easy to set up. Customer service has been very helpful and quick to respond by email, and they’ve been great to work with. I think the AI integration is very advanced. I think everything works pretty well, but it’s a bit expensive for certain things, so we haven’t integrated everything over. As a small business, we have a pretty strict budget. Maybe using more AI could bring the cost down a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
