I use Epicor Connected Process Control to streamline processes for manufacturing and customer service. It really cuts down on errors when entering and validating orders and shipping. What I like most is its ease of use and change management versatility. When testing a process, I can save the process and make adjustments, which allows me to keep track of changes and revert to previous process controls easily. I wish there was a more intuitive interface that allows the user to access help per field. I would also like to see AI integrated into process control, especially using natural language to create and submit controls, and the ability to integrate PLCs, barcode scanners, and vision systems through a single AI control.
