What do you like best about Ephesoft?

Ephesoft Transact is praised for its exceptional adaptability as it can process many file types, including PDFs, images, and more. Its impressive processing capabilities enable automated decisions to be made depending on the information supplied by the user, ensuring equivalent submitted files are quickly approved. The software also offers an array of data extraction features allowing users to select specific words, paragraphs, or even bar codes directly from their documents which will then undergo validation against preset rules before being stored in any given database - that sure makes document management simpler! What do you dislike about Ephesoft?

I dislike how limited the verification screen is, with only two options: " Submitted for review" and " Verified." Having additional choices would make it much more manageable. It'd also be beneficial if there were helpful screenshots and regularly updated instructions so users could better understand what they're doing when modifying documents. The main problem that Ephesoft is addressing in the industry is the need to reduce paper usage.
