You can load it with practically any document file - PDFs, pictures, etc. - and it will analyze the data and determine how to proceed. If you upload a structurally and conceptually equivalent file to what the application expects, it will be treated as similar to what the application expects. It's that simple! In addition, there are numerous options for data extraction available. You can extract paragraphs, words, tables, and even barcodes with our support. Each extracted value can then be validated against a set of rules to verify that it is appropriate before being exported to a database for preservation.) **What do you dislike about Ephesoft?** There are several usability problems with the interface's need for a more intuitive design. End-users will want a comprehensive set of instructions with illuminating screenshots. However, it is manageable once you are aware of what to anticipate. "Remembering" is the most challenging aspect when I've been absent for a time.
