Anyone can easily hop into the portal and make a payment. It is very simple and pulls invoices directly from my accounting system, through integration. The fee's are very affordable and even many of my small retail agents have signed up for epay. I have very few issues with the site itself. In all the years of using it, it has only gone down twice and its up in a few hours. The support team is great and has even created custom materials for me to give to my agents.
