What do you like best about Enxoo?

Works on an iPad. Team was good to work with. Easy to use. Skilo is so intuitive and easy to use that employees and managers quickly start to use it and benefit from it. Works on an iPad. What do you dislike about Enxoo?

Some of the icons, such as the one for saving a review (currently it is a floppy disk), or the inconsistency in how stars are displayed on a review (the display at the top is a star and a number up to 4, while a user is expected to give the rating out of 4 available stars), could be improved for a better user experience. What problems is Enxoo solving and how is that benefiting you?
