What do you like best about Entrust IDV, formerly Onfido?

One of the things I like most about Entrust/Onfido is the team behind the product. They are proactive, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. Communication is always clear, they follow up consistently, and they’re quick to provide support whenever we need assistance. What do you dislike about Entrust IDV, formerly Onfido?

At this stage, I don’t have any significant concerns. If anything, it would be great to see continued enhancements to the platform and additional self-service capabilities to further improve the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
