What do you like best about Entrata?

What I like best about Entrata is that it keeps everything in one place. Managing work orders, communicating with residents, tracking maintenance, and documenting completed work is simple and organized. The mobile app allows me to update work orders in real time, upload photos, and stay on top of my daily tasks, which helps improve efficiency and response times. What do you dislike about Entrata?

Entrata is a great platform overall, but the mobile app can sometimes be slow and require refreshing before updates appear. Finding certain settings or work order details can also take more clicks than necessary.
