What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

The auto-sampling capabilities provide valuable insights. The AI monitoring has helped us review 99%+ of interactions rather than relying on a small sample size. What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data reporting and collection times have been greatly reduced. Enthu AI has solved sample-size obstacles, making it easier to gather what we need. Feedback and coaching opportunities have also strengthened, and Enthu AI has improved communication and visibility between the evaluator, agents, and management.
