What do you dislike about Entersekt?

What problems is Entersekt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our clients' customers always had to reset their passwords because of compromised credentials. This led to our support team being inundated with reset requests. When we implemented the passwordless authentication solution, there was a marked decrease in support for this challenge which enabled the support to work on other urgent issues. It has saved us time and it has given the customer piece of mind knowing that their passwords are no longer compromised; instead, they are happy with the passwordless authentication solution.
