What do you like best about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?

What I liked most was how easy it was to get started. We were able to train our AI agent in just a few minutes - simply by providing our website links and a few key documents. The setup process was intuitive, and we could see value almost immediately.

The BotsCrew team was incredibly helpful throughout the process, guiding us step by step and answering every question along the way. They even went the extra mile to develop a custom feature specifically for our needs, which made the platform feel truly tailored to our business.

What do you dislike about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?

There wasn’t really anything major to dislike. The platform worked smoothly and met our expectations. If anything, some of the advanced configuration options could be a bit overwhelming at first — but the BotsCrew team quickly guided us through everything and made sure we were comfortable using all features. It helped us quickly create and launch a chatbot for our website without needing a long setup or technical expertise. We were able to train it just by adding our website links and documents, and it started handling customer questions almost immediately.
