We had access to a dedicated team that helped with integration, training, and identifying which reports to set up. The data integrations connected to all the sources we needed. I also like the mix of easy-to-use dashboards for analyzing quantitative data, along with the AI chat that lets us dig into qualitative feedback and pull representative examples. As with any AI solution, you can’t expect it to be 100% accurate from day one. It takes some investment to refine the data taxonomy and to provide feedback when the AI’s interpretation is misaligned, so the model can be improved over time.
