What do you like best about Enterpret?

We had access to a dedicated team that helped with integration, training, and identifying which reports to set up. The data integrations connected to all the sources we needed. I also like the mix of easy-to-use dashboards for analyzing quantitative data, along with the AI chat that lets us dig into qualitative feedback and pull representative examples. What do you dislike about Enterpret?

As with any AI solution, you can’t expect it to be 100% accurate from day one. It takes some investment to refine the data taxonomy and to provide feedback when the AI’s interpretation is misaligned, so the model can be improved over time. That said, Enterpret provides the configuration needed to do this, especially following their most recent model overhaul. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Enterpret solving and how is that benefiting you?

It connects disparate qualitative data sources—across reviews, social channels, and survey feedback—so it’s actually possible to make sense of a huge volume of input on a daily or weekly basis, rather than having to do occasional deep dives like we did pre-AI.
